Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. Your return must be registered and the item sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it  unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us with your order number. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will make it right.

Non-Returnable Items The following are final sale and cannot be returned: items purchased during a promotional period, custom or personalised orders.

Exchanges To exchange for a different size or colour, return your original item and place a new order once the return is accepted. Contact us and we will assist you throughout the process.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.
